Cedar Ridge Addition is located just north of the Great Life Golf course. The lots in the first phase are almost all sold. Phase two in the addition which includes Timber Ridge Drive, Timber Ridge Court, and Timber Ridge Place will be opening up in the spring of 2020. Those lots will be available for building after the completion of those streets.
